Haddad Toyota is the best Toyota dealership I have encountered in my 20+ years owning a Sienna and Highlander. The kind, and cheery individual who answers calls is caring, considerate and one of best associates I have ever dealt with- she handles any problems in a quick and efficient manner. The service team goes above and beyond to diagnose whatever the vehicle problems are- they are thorough and professional. I have used numerous dealerships through the NY and Tristate area- and this team is the most outstanding. Thank you for your excellent service!

I was extremely satisfied, working with Chris Doucette and Haddad Toyota. I called Chris to inquire about an 18 Sienna that they had at a great price. I would have to travel around 300 miles round trip to see it, so I made sure to be very thorough in asking many questions to make sure it was worth my time. Chris was very patient to answer every question and concern that I had. He also sent extra pictures and videos to further reassure me of the car. More so he even told me about the back story of the previous owner of this particular vehicle. So I took the trip and the car was exactly as Chris had described. Upon test driving and scrutinizing I decided to purchase the car that same day. Chris was professional and polite all throughout the smooth and easy purchasing process. I have purchased a several cars in the past and I can’t say enough good things about how great Chris was to work with throughout the whole process. I highly recommend him and I wish there were more sales consultants like Chris here in NY.

Brandon was terrific! He was wonderful giving me all of the specifics of each car and what would fulfill my family's needs. There wasn't a hard sell. It was factual information provided to me to make an informed decision. Every step of the way, every question I have had, every concern I have had, has been met with a completely thorough answer. He really took the time to listen to me so that I would find a car to fulfill my comfort for years to come. He helped me find the best package for extended warranty as well. Along with different packages as life's mishaps may or may not happen along the way. He worked directly with their finance manager to get me exactly what I needed to be in a place of comfort. This is not my first Toyota. But this is my first time buying a new car and it is my first time shopping with Haddad. It all started with one phone call, and the person that answered on the other end was respectful and informative. Her name was Ariana. She was terrific! She sent me specifics on cars that may have interested me. Spent the time conversing back and forth. Even the gentleman that I spoke with in finance was terrific! I had a fantastic experience! In fact if I remember correctly he had spoken to me when I first came in and asked me what I was looking at. I have never been anywhere like this. Everyone was genuine. Rare to find. You can feel really good when you buy a Toyota at Haddad. Now I know why I see their name all over and I live in New York. They knock customer service out of the ballpark! Thank you!
